Currently got 1 software developer and 1 private english tutor in their late 20s/early 30s, who have just moved in after some renovation (new bathroom, kitchen, hallway, etc..).
Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, with a tv in the shared lounge.

Bike friendly, can leave indoors.

Students/young professionals preferred, male or female welcome.

Price £550pm exclusive of bills (~£50pm) and cleaner (~£5/10 week).
